Is
my transaction secure?
Yes,
it is. All transactions are handled via our PayPal account
on their secure servers. You never have to enter personal
or credit card info on our site.
How
can I be certain my transaction is secure?
There
are several ways to ensure you are on a secure server:

How
long will it take to get my order?
We have
no idea. Seriously. We don't know where you live, and we
don't know how long it takes to ship things from Central
Illinois to your location. We can tell you
that we ship all orders within one business day. If you
order on a Monday, your order will ship no later than Tuesday.
If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will
ship the following Monday.
How
is my order shipped?
We ship
via US Postal Service or UPS GROUND, whichever is more cost
effective. It normally takes less than a week for orders
to arrive at either West or East Coast - and less for everywhere
else except Alaska, Hawaii and some parts of rural Arkansas.
Why
should I buy my favorite band's CD here instead of other web
sites?
Because
they will make more money on an item purchased here as compared
to anywhere else. Look, we're all about supporting independent
musicians and artists, and we hope you are, too. When an
artist works with us, we take a percentage of the total
sale, which is - to the best of our knowledge - less than
half of what other retailers take. That means the artist
makes more money and can more fully support themselves.
What
should I do if my order is wrong?
If you're
like most people, the first thing you'll do is get really,
really mad - possibly because you had planned on wearing
that new T-shirt to an important function and now you can't,
which means you'll have to figure out something else. Once
you've gone through that stage, here's what you do:
- If
it was your fault, contact us and request an exchange. You
will have to pay to ship the item back to us, but we'll
pay to ship the replacement item, even though you're the
one who messed up.
- If
it was our fault, contact us and request an exchange. You
will still have to pay to ship the item back to us, but
we'll compensate you for it. We will then flog the offending
employee to within an inch fo their life to ensure they
never do it again. (Hey, we're all about getting the job
done right the first time.)
IMPORTANT
NOTE:
We're not really going to flog anyone. We just put that in
there to see if you were paying attention.
What
is the meaning of life?
Look,
if we knew that, we wouldn't be here. At the very least,
we'd be on the talking head circuit telling everyone we
could get our hands on. Then again, if we knew the answer
to that, it could well mean that we had advanced so far
that it was no longer necessary for us to exist on this
level - and we'd move on. Unfortunately, there is NO ONE
associated with this business that is so far advanced, so
we keep searching for the answer to this one, just like
you.
